These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SANT SEVA AUDIO BOOK mobile application (the "App") provided by SHREE SANT SEVA SANGH ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Welcome to our App. If you continue to browse and use this App, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern SHREE SANT SEVA SANGH relationship with you in relation to this App.

The term 'SHREE SANT SEVA SANGH' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the App whose registered/operational office is c/o Mrs. Leena Puranik, Shree Venkateshpuram, Phale Nagar, Ambegaon Bk. Pune - 411046. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our App.

License and App Access

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit User Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We may remove or disable User Content that violates these Terms.

Payment and Subscription

• Subscription: Certain features of the App may require a subscription. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and to provide accurate billing information.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected by you. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
